You lead the gathering of business requirements. You understand, analyze, challenge and prioritize them. You document business needs and produce the relevant description documents.
You share them accordingly with IT and business and ensure they are followed-up.
You review test plans and acceptance criteria confirming the business requirements are met. You validate the test results, analyze defects and manage change requests.
• As several projects are fixed related solutions, a good knowledge on fixed solutions is a must
• Good knowledge and some experience in Project management is a plus (3 years)
• A Master degree or equivalent by experience
• An experienced Business Analyst with at least 3 years (ideally in IT and Telecom companies)

• Able to gather business pain points and/or needs while keeping in mind efficiency, effectiveness and constraints.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the business requirements and for ensuring that they have been validated by all the involved parties (Marketing, CS Operations, Business process experts, etc)
• Liaison between Business and IT
You play the role of liaison between the business and IT departments. You ensure that the business needs are well understood by the IT specialists. You also ensure that the business needs are well translated into functional specifications by discussing and reviewing them with the IT Project lead and functional analysts until final approval
• E2E acceptance testing
You describe the end-to-end acceptance tests relevant for the correct testing of the developed solution in cooperation with the Product Manager and the involved parties. You execute or closely follow up the execution of the E2E tests and ensure that the delivered solution meets the initial business requirements
