Summary

As part of the IT department, we are seeking a team to create an IT tool that will support the HR/Finance process within a major public organization.

Skills

Project management methodology proficiency: You have experience in Agile project management and can adapt to traditional project organization based on PMI/Prince2 methodology.

BPMN modeling expertise

Expertise in conducting business-IT workshops and analyzing requirements in an Agile project methodology

Experience in projects based on .NET technologies

Experience in defining data models: Required level

Experience in using Microsoft TFS for development task tracking

Missions

You are responsible for successfully carrying out the project from identifying the needs to implementing the solution. You are involved at the early stages of the project in describing the current and future state of the business process. You facilitate workshops, organize and manage meetings to gather information and produce the deliverables required for project definition, following the established standards and methodology. Within this mission, you guide the definition of future processes based on the chosen technology. You are responsible for project communication. You ensure that stakeholders are promptly informed about any updates or potential issues that may arise. - You propose solutions and are capable of explaining their impacts. - You draft the necessary documents for process definition in a way that enables the project team to directly utilize them for implementing the solution.
