Missions

Sales Development

- Identification of potential target

- Pitch & contact in an omnichannel approach

- Get recruitment requests

- Identify & hook right candidates to answer lead requests

People Recruitment

- Screen candidates, identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral,

- Call potential candidates to assess suitability for roles

- Make interviews and selection

- Close the hiring

- Communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels

- Update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates
